This raised OCEANFRONT townhome comes with 6 seater golf cart (for a daily fee) and has a massive converted garage into rec room/gym on the first floor. Behind that you’ll find the beach gear room, and then the outdoor porch with a Sauna, ice machine, a tub to rinse off or enjoy an ice bath, and an outdoor shower!

*2nd floor you’ll find the bunk room with 3 queen beds, one twin XL, 55” TV, and new PAC Man & Golf video games for the entire family! This bedroom has a private bathroom with an extra-large tub equipped with all soaps, hair dryer etc.

*2nd floor is also the kitchen, family room, half bathroom, dining room combo which overlooks the stunning screened in sunroom with a full unobstructed ocean view, a twin size porch swing, a super cool pass-through breakfast bar, and outdoor dining table for the whole gang!
