„Think we were in quiet season so bit dusty on bathroom floor and living room floor re washed dishes to use as some had food bits stuck to them but nothing major easily rectified. Back stairwell really dark at night and really slippy when wet. Bathroom a little dated could use a freshen up. „Nice quiet location, not far from Rothesay. Run by Brodie, an interesting American/Scottish man into vintage cars. Ate in diner a couple of times - menu of burgers, hot dogs and burritos. Breakfast also had US slant. Nice room with a bath (always a plus in my book!). Downside was that it was a little isolated from other facilities. If want to eat and drink in Rothesay you need to bus it or walk 1.7 miles.“
