„We hadn’t been told how to access the property. My attempts to attain that information had been unanswered and the office phone wasn’t taking messages as the mailbox was full. Our booking was from the Sunday and as no one had replied to me by Saturday afternoon I had to ring the emergency number to find out how to gain entry to the property. Not knowing at that stage whether the emergency contact would be able to help. The property itself was great, but that’s irrelevant if you can’t get in! “
