„We stayed here 2 nights and I wish we had stayed longer. For starters, Aaron is the best host - he’s kind and offered insight and printed maps for us with highlights of where to go and when for Acadia. When I say friendly, it’s an understatement. And anything you need - they will do what they can to accommodate. The cabins are perfect, comfortable beds and conveniently located. I can’t say enough good things. Will absolutely stay again when we’re back in the area“

Amanda came to the rescue and was able to transfer us to another property right on the ocean in the heart of Bar Harbor, essentially saving our vacation. „We loved this property! The only downside was the bugs. We were so busy at the park in our two days there that we didn't really have much time to enjoy the outdoors at the property. But it was just as well since it was buggy.“

„The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden ...

„We, a couple with two children, rented the house for one week during our summer vacation. Arriving from Europe we found the house easily and everything was as described. It is a lovely, clean and well equipped location with sufficient space for up to six persons. „The house is completely secluded, quite a distance from the road but very close to a gas station and a store, which made it an ideal location for us.The house is very well maintained with all amenities and well stocked. „This house is in a great location & made a fantastic home base for us rusticators. We accessed the whole island easily, including bicycling the Acadia carriage roads, hiking Cadillac Mountain, shopping in SW & NE Harbor, walking to Bar Island, sand dollar hunting at Seal Harbor Beach, dining in Bar Harbor and an evening sail on the Margaret Todd. „We stayed in the Precipice Tiny House for 4 nights and we loved it! It is only a half hour away from Bar Harbor and we liked all the amenities it had to offer. Will definitely have to check out the wellness center next time!“

„I have always wanted to visit this part of the US and it was everything that I hoped it would be. This property has been thoughtfully and lovingly decorated and stocked with everything you would need. Communication with the owner was quick and appreciated. If you are seeking to stay outside of the touristy Bar Harbor yet close to all options, this location is perfect. “
