„Ein sehr hochwertiges und neues Hotel direkt am Fluss. Die Zimmer sind ausserordentlich schön und ausreichend groß. Es gibt einen Tesla Shuttle der einen zu allen Zielen im 3 Meilen Umkreis bringt. Man kann sehr schön am Fluss entlang in die Altstadt. Die Rooftopbar ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Mir fällt nichts ein, was besser sein könnte“

„Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG. Ohne Klimaanlage war es im Zimmer sehr kalt. Und dies, obwohl es draussen gegen 30 Grad warm war.“

„The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.“

Das erste Zimmer (Gentlemans Parlor) war düster und zu kalt, da man die Klimaanlage nicht selbständig regeln konnte. „Staff were great. There is no pool, it was filled in with concrete. The room was not clean. Marks all over the walls, bath tub was dirty, lamp shades were gross, and mini fridge did not get very cold. Checked the bed with a black light and it was actually very clean and comfortable. AC did work well also. It was a place to sleep that is about it. Breakfast options were very limited. Cereal, waffles, yogurt, bagels, eggs and sausage. No biscuits or gravy though.“
