„We have stayed several times and always love this location. The staff is exemplary: kind, polite and helpful. However, the food was terrible; our curtains wouldn't close all the way (which they did fix promptly); and the towels are thin and scratchy. Also, due to construction we couldn't find the alternate way to enter the hotel. I called and was given directions, but there was no signage to assist.“

Note they don't have a hot tub even though pictures show a hot tub they've since removed it. The staff was friendly the rooms are clean the bed was comfortable.“

„Liked the reliability of Best Western Brands. Pet peeve is poor lighting in hotel rooms, and BW was no exception. Get some decent light bulbs in. Keeping the rooms dim makes it seem like you are trying to cover up something like dirt or bugs, and it makes it hard to dig through luggage packed with dark clothes.“
