„I booked this property in Dec of 2024 to arrive in Feb 2025. Upon arriving we had not received any details for the property despite multiple attempts. We had some of our guest go and locate the property to find this property had been abandoned. I finally reached the host and she said that there was a water issue and canceled my reservation. This was obviously not the case as the property was in terrible shape. Do not rent this property. “

„Our stay at Samaji Villa was wonderful. The property was in need of some updating/ completion in a few areas however it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property manager Natalie was attentive and extremely helpful. She communicated well and helped us with any and all requests fully and quickly. We loved the area, view, and pool. It was easy to feel at home at this property between the space, amenities, and the help of the manager Natalie.“

„I couldn’t have asked for a better location to celebrate my birthday. The villa and the property were breathtaking. The owner, Ivor, and the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and available! Grocery stores, boutiques, and restaurants were minutes away. The beach was right outside your door. Request the Pelican Villa. The view was amazing. “

„Oceana is absolutley one of the very best villas we have ever stayed in!!! The view is beyond amazing and the stars at night are magical. We had a beautiful sunset each evening and the location mid island is perfect for exploring both East and West sides. It is very private and so nice to come home to after a day at the beach.
