I parked my car roadside just trying to figure out what to do now. A guy approached me to check what was I looking for. He then called somebody to confirm my booking. There was no office. Nobody would pick up the phone provided by Orbitz. Imagine what would happen if you arrive late. Access to hotel was not maintained at all. I ...
