„Excelente Hotel “

„The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off, ...

El departamento estuvo totalmente equipado, todo muy limpio y es muy moderno; tiene tambien cocheras por si vas en auto además de una piscina temperada disponible para los huéspedes. Lucas del front desk fue muy amable y resolvió mis dudas enseguida. Lo mejor son las vistas del lago desde el mismo apartamento ya que el lago está cruzando la calle y se puede ir a pasear y caminar por la orilla luego de un día de hacer tours en Bariloche. „6 tägiger Aufenthalt in Barilioce. Schöne Anlage, etwas ausserhalb von Bariloche, gut mit dem Bus in 5-10 min zu erreichen. Super Restaurant mit guten Preisen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr großzügig und sauber. Viele Familien zu Gast“

„Lugar muito bonito e confortável. No entanto nunca tem ninguém na recepção, quando encontrávamos alguém o funcionários estavam perdidos, não sabiam dar informações ou não respondiam com clareza. Muito difícil o acesso. Taxi, Uber e remixes não encontram o local da hospedagem perdíamos mais de uma hora para tentar que um táxi fosse ao local. Na volta sempre se perdiam ao nos levar de volta. Aconselho ter carro próprio ou alugar para ficar nessa hospedagem “
