„Beautiful property, amazing food and the staff daniel cidis and darley were wonderful.
My friends and I came for about a week and we truly had the most relaxing week of our lives. The water was absolutely stunning and so warm we spent hours swimming each day.

„The communication was horrible. The listing does not state the water they give you per person is super limited for bath. The energy is super limited, they even said not to charge my kids tablet when they saw them. Not all rooms have fans (horrible heat we couldnt sleep) and the fans offered were in poor condition. „We had a great time. The property has two residences. The chefs/cleaners are in a house at the back. They were really great. Especially great cooks! We provided the groceries and they cooked in the outside kitchen to perfection and cleaned after each meal. For us, it was all authentic Colombian food, which is what we wanted.The location is great. „We really liked the experience been in a private island but the place itself need to be updated. Beds were not too comfortable, there were only two bathrooms for four rooms. One of the rooms on the second floor was too dangerous going up and down the stairs, specially in the meddle of the night if you needed to go to the bathrooms.
Any ways, the people working there were great, Coco and his wife made all possible to make us fell good.“

"Beautiful location with a clean beach, spacious rooms, and mostly very friendly staff. The hotel itself is impressive and well maintained.
However, two things were disappointing:
An additional 10% service charge is added on top of the already high room rates.
All four restaurants require reservations, and the system feels unnecessarily strict – often told “fully booked” while many tables stay empty. Since there are no alternatives nearby, this becomes frustrating.
Overall: A very good stay in a stunning setting, but at this price level, the extra charges and rigid restaurant policy should be improved."

In the Hotel, there is not much to do but there are a lot of boats and Jetskis that pass the Hotel where you just can book something.

After checking out my girlfriend and I were full of red spots, we tried to call the hotel and explain the receptionist said we can do nothing but we can recommend you to go to the doctor, I mean for 350$ a night what’s that for service.

"Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage im Hotel, die allerdings durch einige Punkte beeinträchtigt wurden:
1. Das Housekeeping war sehr unzuverlässig: Kaffee und Früchte, die eigentlich jeden Tag erneuert werden sollten, wurden nach dem 1. Tag überhaupt nicht mehr aufgefüllt. An einem Tag bekamen wir nicht einmal das Wasser zum Zähneputzen.
2. Die Preise fürs Abendessen (bei nur geringer Auswahl) sind für Kolumbianische Verhältnisse unverschämt hoch, z.T. teurer als in München.
3. Vor allem aber: Uns wurde bei der Ankunft ein Upgrade angeboten; auf unsere ausdrückliche Nachfrage wurde uns zugesichert, dass das keinerlei Auswirkungen auf den Preis hätte. Das böse Erwachen kam mit der Schlussrechnung, sodass wir einen saftigen Aufschlag auf den vorab bei Expedia bezahlten Preis zu entrichten hatten. Expedia hat auf Anfrage auch nicht weitergeholfen.
Letzteres führt dazu, dass wir das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen können."
