The house is definitely located in the must beautiful side of the island where we don't have a neighbors behind the house, on the left side or front to of the house, just one huge house on the right size and the owners only goes 3 times a year for only one week, so imagine the whole are just for you and your family but not only that we are only at 10 minute walk to the main action of town and all restaurants and groceries

we can help you with the transportation from Cancun or anywhere in the penisilula to chuiqila and also we can help you book a private boat from chiquila to the front of the house, all these are private companies that we work with them and they can give you a very good price
