The owner was incredibly helpful, providing a long list of tips and recommendations, and even connected me with an amazing massage therapist whose studio is just a short walk from Villa Amistad. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the house manager responded quickly whenever I had questions. My favorite features were the gorgeous pool, the wonderful rooftop, and the super comfortable bed. I can’t wait to come back!“

„Villa Amistad took our breath away the moment we opened the front door & could see the ocean through the beautiful glass doors into the beautiful pool area. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks transforms you. You are only separated from the ocean by a lovely walkway, called the Malecon that runs a good length of the island & the Villa has direct access to it through a door next to the pool which was a plus. „I was a little hesitant to book as it is under new management but I so happy we did!!! This is the place that used to have the sign "beer so cold it will make your teeth hurt" IYKYK. Excellent location and the grounds are absolutely beautiful! We had the upstairs room, ocean front with 2 balconies which was lovely. The staff is so nice and we felt like we almost had the whole place to our self. Will be back and highly recommend!“
