„Wir konnten im Hotel Serapide eine sehr angenehme Nacht in Neapel verbringen, da es sich in einem ruhigen Stadtteil befindet. Am späten Abend war es uns jedoch unmöglich den privaten Whirpool zu nutzen, was den Aufenthalt für uns persönlich perfekt gemacht hätte. Der Schwefelgeruch des Vulkans, der am Spätabend am stärksten war, hat es uns unerträglich gemacht. Dies lag jedoch nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels. Es war trotzdem schade um das Erlebnis. Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. „Nice stay. We went out of season so island and hotel very quiet. Lovely service from B&B owner. Booked a family room with breakfast but ended up with two rooms...not an issue for us. No breakfast being served either, again not an issue as bakery just up the road. It was our of season so I think these were more of a miscommunication with hotels.com. Great location for Barano beach, easy to reach using no 5 bus from main bus station from ischia port.“
