Enjoy a relaxing, peaceful stay at this centrally located, beachfront property. Walk out the door and in 20 steps touch the sand, feel the ocean breeze, and see the crystal-clear blue water. With ample beds, spacious living areas, full kitchens, and large dining areas, this is great for families, multiple families, or a friend group. With all 3 units in the building, this is the perfect private getaway. Easily access snorkeling, sunsets, bonfires, beach walks, and more. Close to Jobos Beach, Crash Boat, BQN Airport, and many restaurants and other places and sites.

Unit 1:
You walk into the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen doors lead to a private deck with beautiful ocean views. To the left is the dining table and family room with a TV. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the left side of the family room. One room has a queen-sized bed, and the other room has a full bed and a twin bed. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill between the two bedrooms. From the kitchen, a hallway leads to the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One room has a queen-size bed, and the other has a full bed and a twin bed. Both rooms have large closets with lots of storage space.

Beach towels are in the hallway basket. Beach chairs are in the bedroom closets. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are in the hallway cabinet.

Unit 2: Walk in the front door to the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchenette has a countertop stovetop, an air fryer/oven combination, a microwave, and a coffee maker for all your cooking needs! The full bathroom is at the end of the hallway. You'll find basic toiletries in the shower. The two bedrooms are to the right of the hallway. The first room has a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, and a large closet. The second room has a twin-sized bed and a place to store clothes.

Beach towels are on shelves in the hallway. Beach chairs are in the hallway beside the shelves. Bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels are on the hallway shelf unit.

Unit 3:
Walk into the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. Off the left side of the kitchen, you will find the bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and shelving for your personal items. The large bathroom is a jack-and-jill in between the two bedrooms and has ample storage space. Off the back of the kitchen, you will find the queen bedroom and a nice-sized closet.

Beach towels are in the basket by the front door. Beach chairs are by the front door. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are on the bathroom shelves.

**Please use the hose located on the bottom patio to rinse all sand off (people and items).
**Please DO NOT take utensils, cookware, plates, cups, etc., to other units. Each unit has its own set of items.

Each kitchen is equipped with all your cooking essentials - pots, pans, cooking utensils, blenders, coffee makers, plates, cups, silverware, knives, etc!
