Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . “

„This was a perfect place to stay with our children for a ski trip. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had a nice amount of space to spread out. Parking was very easy right behind the building, and it's in a walkable area of the downtown. We will definitely come back next winter!“

The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me“

„We love the Hannu house. This is our second year staying and we will be back again. Jake was wonderful to work with. The home is a perfect cabin for our ski trip and 5minutes from powderhorn and 20 from snow river. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. The coffee and hot chocolate stations in the kitchen were great amenities. The master bedroom and bath room are lovely. Comfortable beds. The downstairs is perfect hangout for kids with foosball and air hockey. The sauna and hot tub felt great ...
