„Shelwyn was awesome to deal with. He responded ASAP when we had a question about the shower. Was upfront and helpful. He was in his house on the property but gave us our privacy. The last day of our stay he said take your time getting out because he didn’t have another booking following us. Worked out great as we were moving onto a bigger spot with the rest of our family on Saturday but couldn’t check in until 4. Thank you Shelwyn for everything and being so easy to deal with- we will be back !!“

Pros:Close to plenty of tastings and restaurants in town, 1-5 minute drive to most places in geneva.Place is very clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Host communication was very good.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cons:50 feet from a main highway.Small and tight driveway.Right next to frat houses, could hear their music until 9 pm.Small shower.No microwave.Bed is in the main living area.Unit is not made for multiple couples. „Immaculately clean and well appointed unit. The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom has a double vanity. Beautiful lake views from the much appreciated porch. Quiet location easy to find. The hosts were accommodating and respectful. Definitely will consider staying here again. “

„I couldn't get over how stunning this property was. Absolutely beautiful. The place was also immaculate. There was a/c in every room, which was very nice. And the bathroom!! Wow, the tub was WONDERFUL. I decided I had to try it so I began filling it up. I walked away to get my things ready & thought there's no way the water is going to stay hot throughout. „Cool old building with just the basics inside. Floorboards are old and loud, no stopper in the lovely bathtub, no kitchen table or breakfast nook, no living room or place to congregate/eat, and Smart TV is in a bedroom - not in a central location. Kitchen is all new with everything you need. Mattresses are pretty old - I needed a chiropractor after 3 nights. Bring your own games or entertainment. Short walk to "downtown" Geneva. Note - it should be made clear that there are no laundry facilities ...
