„Hotel ist eher ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer sehr klein und Bett hat kein Lattenrost sondern nur feste Querlatten. Beim Frühstück gibt es nur das gerade so eben nötigste. Toast wird beispielsweise nicht nachgereicht. Schade eigentlich.“

Breakfast was superb. Our table was loaded with juices, home made granola, fresh fruit, yoghurt, freshly baked pastries in addition to the personalised choice of hot dishes. „I have been coming to Instow for the last 68 years, we have stayed in various places and you cannot fault this property for its view, fabulous and one which I shall remember. Your property was warm and welcoming. The lift was very useful especially for taking the luggage upstairs. There was nothing which we didn’t like about the property, although a working shower would have been useful and maybe a comments book. We look forward to year 69. Thank you. “

„Inglenook Cottage is a lovely stone-built cottage sat on top of a small hill east of Instow village. The cottage is very inviting and cosy - good when you are sheltering from a storm. It is well stocked with the expected items; crockery, towels, bedding etc. It is very homely, with a wealth of bits and bobs, pictures and ornaments - all really lovely. The wood-burner and supplied timber was a great boon - and probably just as well, since it might have been a tad cool without it. The situation is ...
