„Every thing is beautiful on this property and the food is excellent the only only thing I’m not satisfied with is the bed mattresses there not high quality and I can feel the wires :( and the pillows are very soft way too soft and there’s only two for each bed I mean I love the place but that alone doesn’t convince me I like a good bed and a good pillow …staff is wonderful pool is a little bit cold all the time but :)“

„Todo está perfecto me gustó mucho un excelente servicio“

„Instalaciones viejas Se escucha todo el ruido exterior a pesar de que estaba en el 4o El desayuno muy pobres opciones y muy lento No me quedaría de nuevo en este hotel y no lo recomendaría“

„Staff at the front desk was kind of rude. The air condotion is unbelievable loud that makes watching TV impossible. Elevator been most of the time very dirty. Fries on the floors. Haven’t got any invoice on the check out. Even after many calls no one send it to my mail. There are much better options in CD Juarez. No more happy hour served. Stay far from this place. “

„Ein ganz tolles Hotel in Konsulatsnähe und so einigen Restaurants und einer Bar 50m neben dem Hotelgelände.“

„Much older than the pictures show. Check in was not easy because they didn't have my reservation. No drinking water or fridge in the room. The pillows were flat and small. Shower water was tepid at best. This property has the potential to be very nice. It is being run on the bare minimums.“

„Inmejorable ubicación si vas al consulado. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tranquilas. Muy buena limpieza. El personal de recepción es súper amable.“

„Schön großes Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück ist sehr lecker gewesen.“

„Everything was good, and the staff was helpful. Only complaint is that the water didn't get hot, it was just warm.“

„Muy limpio y Servicio’s excelente !!“
