They took our bags for us upon arrival, gave us a room upgrade for free, and called a cab for us when we left. „I stayed in an Ondol double room and it was the most uncluttered, Zen room I have ever had. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. It was super-quiet despite me having the window open at night. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, but the hotel is actually within an easy 20 minute walk from Terminal 1. There is also a really well-stocked convenience store in the hotel. “

„Tolles Hotel. Wir waren erst skeptisch, da wir mit Holiday Inn schon mal Pech hatten. Das Hotel ist aber absolut top! Die Lage ist optimal. Direkt am Canal Walk mit einer Metro Station vor der Haustür. Neben kleinen Convenience Stores (GS25 und 7eleven) gab es diverse Restaurants. Auch im Hotel war das Restaurant sehr gut. Besonders das Frühstück als auch das Mittag wurden in Buffetform serviert und waren sehr vielfältig. Wir werden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen. “
„It is a nice hotel! We came here just for one night after a long intercontinental flight, and it has everything you need, including a kitchen, and a 24h convenience store in the basement. There is an airport transfer every couple of mins which takes about 5mins to the airport. But the best is, the staff really takes care of everything. Every request we had was fulfilled, and they were always very nice and professional. I can very much recommend this hotel!“

"The staff was really friendly, however the room was pretty old not and well cleaned and maintained. Dust was everywhere and the carpeting was damaged and the shower heads were really calcified and affected the water flow a lot. The hair dryer stopped automatically after 2 minutes and had to be replugged in each time "
