„Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. „The Management was totally unorganized! There was a Problem wit a Payment from the Minibar! One Hand, didn't knew what the other Hand was doing! The Lady at the Reception made a Mistake with the Bill and in the End the Management wanted the Personell to pay the missing Amount! What a Shame! We payed the Amount, but they couldnt find the Payment...“
