Noisy box typ aircon (not suitable for this price category) Flushing of the toilet tends to break down. Reception staff couldn't speak english well. Very unattentive when faced with a problem like a broken (not clogged) toilet that needs maintenance staff not housekeeping. Conclusion: Don't visit L'fisher anymore for a good hotel in Bacolod. Seda and ParkInn are much more modern accomodations, especially compared to the prices."

"Clean and well kept hotel. Great an well stocked breakfast. Some annoying features: There is no elevator from the underground parking garage to the hotel. While the blackout curtains work great, the smoke detectors status LED blinks quite brightly every 10s. A model change might be required."
