"We had an absolutely amazing time at Crowne Plaza Fiji! The resort grounds and outdoor areas are just as stunning in real life as they appear in the pictures. Our room was clean and comfortable; while the interior furnishings are slightly aging, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breathtaking view from the balcony easily made up for it! What truly made our stay stand out — and what we want to highlight above all else — is the incredible team at this resort. Out of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip across Fiji, Crowne Plaza was hands down the best, and that is entirely thanks to the staff! Their warmth, genuine kindness, and exceptional service brought a smile to our faces every single day. A very special shoutout goes to Elijah at the pool bar and Semesa at the Azura Bar! Our conversations with them, along with their incredibly heartfelt, warm, and attentive nature, made our stay truly unforgettable.
