Cottage # 6 is known as “Uncle Billy's Retreat” is a very unique getaway! This unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchenette with dinner table and full size refrigerator as well as an oven and stove for your meal preparation. This rustic slice of heaven has an enclosed/glassed-in porch, with sleeping for 2 more on a pull out bed with a total sleeping occupancy of 4. This bed will fold up leaving you with a great porch to relax on as well as having a couch to lounge on or for the occasional nap!! This is just steps away from beautiful 4th Lake and has a Charcoal grill and Propane grills are available upon request as well. Our property is located on the direct east end of the lake, with a private beach, docks, new rental pontoon boats, free canoes, paddle boats, kayaks and paddle boards. We offer a recreation room for kids with games, reading, and arts/craft amenities as well as property wide free WiFi and smart Tv's in all units. We have a large fire pit located at the beach with provided dry firewood, as well as the best viewing spots for Adirondack sunsets.
