We had to wait about 45 minutes for the front desk to arrive to check in due to them coming from another property and the holiday traffic.“

„The room and property were beautiful and exceptionally clean and upkept. The issue I had was at check-in. The room I paid for was for a 1 bedroom suite with dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc. The room I was given was an approximate 300 sq ft guest room. It was fine, but not what I paid for.
