A beautiful, modern ocean view vacation home on North Bay Beach in Ingonish, Cape Breton. Minutes away from Cape Breton Highlands National Park, Highlands Links Golf Course and Keltic Lodge, Ski Cape Smokey and many great local restaurants!

Ocean Breeze offers a stunning view of the ocean from the living room and deck, as well as full access to the ocean just steps away! An enormous, pristine pebble and sand beach awaits! There are stairs to the beach installed, providing safe access.

The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy, as well as an open concept kitchen/living/dining area, a great place for friends and family to gather.

The brand new, upper level unit features a barbecue on the deck, as well as a full kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery provided. Amenities like TV, Wi-Fi, and board games are also provided. A large, covered deck, equipped with a picnic table, ample seating and a barbecue give you a perfect place to relax as you soak it all in! The staircase to reach our unit has 13 steps. 

The thermostats throughout the house are for baseboards electric heating system only, as most houses in the area are not equipped with central AC. During hot summer days, the heat pump we installed in out unit will provide cooling. Please note that heat pump cooling unit only services living room/kitchen area. For hot summer nights, each bedroom is equipped with stand up fans. 

There is also a large green shared open area, with a fire pit, and lots of room to spread your legs, run around, play, or sunbathe.

The home is stylishly decorated, and provides ample seating to enjoy the view, from both inside and out on the deck!
