Welcome to Wren by Nest Villas! Wren is your Indio vacation rental designed for sunny pool days, easy group hosting, and relaxed desert living. The private pool, oversized spa, fire pit, and shaded lounge zones make the backyard a favorite for festival crews, families, and golf trips. Inside, the home is bright, open, and set up for comfort, perfect for Coachella and Stagecoach weekends or a quiet desert retreat.



The Space:

Wren is a private, modern Indio pool home designed for groups who want space to relax, cook, and enjoy desert sunshine. The pool and spa are fully private, and the yard includes shaded lounge areas, a large outdoor dining table, and a fire pit with open views and no neighbors behind you. Inside, the open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it perfect for entertaining. Every bedroom is comfortable, quiet, and set up for restful sleep before long pool days or festival nights.

Primary Suite: King bed with ensuite

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with shared hall bath

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with shared hall bath

Bedroom 4: Queen bed with shared hall bath

+ two additional hotel-grade rollaway cots

*half bath is located downstairs



All Nest Villas homes are fitted with high-quality, fresh linens. Two additional sleeping arrangements available upon request



Please Note:

- Pets are an additional $125 per stay, 2 pets maximum. ALL pets must be approved before booking.

- The garage fits up to two cars, you will have free parking in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking available.

- The pool is not heated by default. We can heat the pool for an additional $125 per night, spa heat is included in your stay. Please request pool heat 48 hours before arrival and pool heat must be applied to all days.

- The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 10, according to the city of Indio's permitting guidelines.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, decibel levels must be kept to a minimum, no amplified noise outdoors.

- Ring cameras are present at the front door and actively monitored in accordance with policies.



IMPORTANT: Guests are required to complete Nest Villas’ standard rental agreement and check in verification process prior to receiving arrival instructions. By submitting a reservation request, Guest acknowledges and agrees to complete these requirements before check in.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and driveway parking. Self check-in is simple with a smart lock. You’ll also receive a digital guest manual through the Breezeway app with instructions, local tips, and all details for using the home.



The Neighborhood:

Wren is located in a quiet Indio neighborhood close to everything: Coachella Festival grounds, Stagecoach, PGA West, Indian Wells, La Quinta restaurants, shopping, hiking, and top golf courses. The area is known for its wide desert views, warm weather, and easy access to the best of the Coachella Valley while still offering privacy and a peaceful stay.



Getting Around:

The property is a 15 minute walk from the Empire Polo Fields.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heat is available for an additional fee per stay. Please request at least 48 hours in advance. We do not heat the pool during June through September. The spa can be heated separately. No parties or large events. Quiet hours are enforced by the city of Indio. Trash is picked up by the city, so guests do not need to take bins to the curb, just remove trash from the kitchen to the outdoor containers.



Interaction with Guests:

Contactless, code entry. Please inquire for early or late check out. You’ll have full privacy during your stay. Our Nest Villas guest team is available anytime by text, phone, or through the Breezeway app if you need anything. We are local and happy to help with recommendations or questions.
