Welcome to the Indian Palms neighborhood located in Indio. This cute 2BD/1BA condo has been nicely remodeled and is located just steps away from the community pool and hot tub. Your own private patio off the bedroom, complete with a sitting area and BBQ grill, is the perfect little spot. Unit also comes with 1 reserved parking spot and the condo is located close to the main gate for easy in/out access.

Indian Palms is a fully-gated resort community that boasts a 27-hole championship golf course, new clubhouse, pro shop & restaurant. Centrally located near Coachella/Stagecoach music festival venues, while shopping/dining is all close to the condo.

Guests will have access to the community pool and spa adjacent to the unit, but no other country club amenities are included in the rental.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 21+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
