The Space:

Palm Luxe Estate combines modern upgrades with comfortable living. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, perfect for preparing meals. Custom Italian flooring runs throughout the home, complementing the spacious bathrooms and thoughtful design touches.



Step outside to the private patio, where you can enjoy panoramic mountain views while relaxing by the pool or gathering around the BBQ area. The home is conveniently located just minutes from popular festivals, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, hiking trails, and other local attractions.



For fitness enthusiasts, a Peloton bike is available in the garage. Each bedroom is designed to provide a quiet and restful environment, and the non-gated community offers easy access to nearby amenities.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Indio, with its incredible weather, offers a wealth of outdoor activities. Enjoy world-class polo matches, championship golf, cycling, equestrian events, and hiking. The city's perfect climate and fertile grounds support vibrant agriculture and thriving tourism, attracting nearly a million visitors annually for festivals, shows, concerts, and events, earning Indio the title of "City of Festivals."



Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

Pet fees apply per pet.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



- Free high-speed wireless Wi-Fi (1Gb/1000Mbps) is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area.

- You can sign into your own streaming services, which with automatically log you out upon check-out.

- Check-in time: 4 PM, Check-out time: 11 AM.

- Please leave the trash on the side of the home for pick-up. A company is hired to take out the trash.

- If you have time, kindly strip used beds and leave bedding in the laundry. Starting a load of laundry is appreciated but not mandatory.

- Any unlisted guests will incur a $200 fine per person. Please provide a list of all guests and drivers for access.
