Your dream desert escape awaits! This spacious 3-bedroom home is designed for families, friends, and companions to relax and unwind.

Bedroom 1 – King Canopy bed, ensuite bathroom, 55" RokuTV, black-out curtains and peaceful vibes
Bedroom 2 – King bed, 55" Roku TV, black-out curtains and perfect for a restful night’s sleep
Bedroom 3 – Full-over-queen bunk, 55" Roku TV, black-out curtains - perfect for families and kids

Cozy Living Room – Kick back with plenty of seating for the whole family, a large 65" Roku TV, and plenty of space to gather

Game Room – Challenge your crew to a round of pool or enjoy fun games

Private Pool – Take a dip, soak up the sun, and enjoy the desert breeze. Pool heating is optional for an extra fee, best for the cooler months (October–May) when the water needs a little warmth. The fee covers the high energy costs we pay to keep it cozy at $75 per day, Pool is heated upto 84 degrees from 10am to 7pm. Let us know if you’d like to include it or have any questions!

Please note: Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times while using the pool and spa. Use of these amenities is at your own risk. Our home includes pool alarms on all sliding doors to help families keep little ones safe. Pool heating is optional with a fee.

Traveling with young kids? We provide a Pack 'n Play and high chair for your convenience. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, guests must bring their own crib sheets and other baby items.

Desert Winds & Dust
Even though the house is professionally cleaned before and after each stay, desert dust can settle quickly-- especially after windy days. Please help us by keeping doors and windows closed when not in use. This keeps the A/C running efficiently and helps minimize dust and debris inside the home.

Natural Wildlife
While the home is professionally cleaned and maintained with regular pest control, this is still the desert-- you may occasionally see bugs or critters, especially if doors are left open or food is left out. Keeping things sealed and tidy helps!

We may occasionally rearrange decor or make small updates to improve guest comfort-- thanks for your understanding!

Also, we're embracing the desert vibe at our Indio home and conserving water by letting our front and backyard go natural with minimal grass. It’s a practical choice for sustainable living out here! :)
