Please note: All doors and windows are equipped with an automatic shut-off system. If any are left open for more than 3–5 minutes, the home’s heating and cooling system will automatically turn off and will not resume until all doors and windows are fully closed.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available after 4:00 PM local time, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. These options are not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance. Please contact us for rates and availability.
Do you have a pool and spa?
Yes! All of our homes feature private pools and spas. Pool heating is available upon request for $100 per day and must be scheduled and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival. A minimum of two consecutive days is required, beginning with your check-in day. During the summer months pool heating is not available. The spa may be heated at no additional charge, with a recommended temperature of 100–102°F.
Early Check in doesn’t guarantee pool to be heated by early check in time.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! Our vacation rentals are dog-friendly. We welcome up to two pets per property with a fee of $200. Additional cleaning fees may apply if needed. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted in the pool or spa at any time, and we kindly ask that you clean up after them. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we may properly prepare for your stay.
Extended Stay Policy:
Guests planning to stay for more than 28 days are required to submit a refundable deposit of $2,000. A utility allowance of $350 is provided; any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and corresponding bills will be provided for verification. Additionally, cleaning services will be scheduled every 15 days during your extended stay. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
Noise & Quiet Hour Enforcement 🚨
Quiet hours will be strictly enforced:
Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Friday–Saturday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please respect our neighbors as if they were your own. Respect for neighbors is required at all times. Outdoor loud noise, including screaming and excessive yelling, is strictly prohibited after 9:00 PM without exception.
Any violation of these policies will result in a $1,000 fine per incident, charged directly to the responsible guest.
Will I need to meet the property manager to get a key?
No. All of our homes are equipped with keyless entry systems. Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with a unique code for your stay, ensuring a seamless and secure self-check-in process.
What is provided with my accommodations?
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with:
Luxury linens, bath towels, and pool towels
A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and standard appliances
Starter supplies of bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap
Please note: we do not provide spices, cooking oils/sprays, cling wrap, zip-top bags, or pool floaties. If you need a specific appliance or amenity, feel free to ask before your stay.
Can I ship a package to my vacation home?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the property, as we do not have mailbox keys and cannot be responsible for delivered packages. If shipping is necessary, please contact us prior to your stay and we will do our best to assist.
Do your homes have outdoor music systems?
No. Outdoor music systems have been permanently disabled due to local noise regulations. Absolutely no outdoor music is allowed at any time.
Is parking available?
Yes. The driveway accommodates up to six vehicles. Please note: no overnight street parking is permitted per Riverside County Code Enforcement.
Will WiFi and cable TV be available?
Yes. All homes are equipped with high-speed WiFi and smart TVs for your convenience.
Should I be worried about pests?
As our homes are located in the desert, occasional encounters with local pests or critters are possible. To help keep them out, please ensure all exterior doors and windows (without screens) remain closed, and dispose of outdoor trash promptly. We provide professional pest control on a monthly basis, though we cannot guarantee a completely pest-free environment.

No outdoor music or amplified sound is permitted at any time.
Please refrain from excessive noise, including yelling or loud play, especially around the pool and outdoor areas.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the city and county.
Non-compliance may result in fines of $1,000 or more and could lead to immediate eviction without refund. Thank you for respecting our community and ensuring an enjoyable stay for everyone.
Personal Belongings
Before departing, please double-check the home for your personal items. Luxe Palm Escape cannot be held responsible for any belongings left behind that are lost, damaged, or stolen.
Occupancy Limits
For safety and comfort, the home must not exceed the designated occupancy limit. Should security report over-occupancy, management reserves the right to evict guests without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in honoring this policy.
Guest Orientation
Upon check-in, our team will provide a brief overview of the city ordinances and regulations that apply to your stay. We are always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, or assist with any concerns. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priorities.
Liability Notice
Luxury Palm Paradise (referred to as “we”) cannot accept liability for:
Injuries, damages, or losses sustained during your stay.
Temporary interruptions to utilities (water, gas, electricity, plumbing) beyond our control
Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events
Please use caution when enjoying amenities, as pool decks and patio areas may be slippery when wet. By using the home and its facilities, guests acknowledge and assume all associated risks. Any incidents should be reported to management immediately.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the home 24 hours using a keypad.
Guests will not have access to the homeowner’s locked closets, cabinets, or doors, including those in the kitchen and garage.
Please note that the backyard gate does not open on its own. If you require access for catering or other purposes, kindly notify us in advance so that a team member can meet you at the property to assist.
