While enjoying the pool’s tranquility, please note that this is a no-touch lake, meaning that the HOA does not allow lake access- that means, unfortunately, no swimming, boating, fishing, or touching the water-- but it sure is beautiful to look at!
Spool is ran as a pool during the day and jacuzzi during the evening, they are not separate. For your safety, we ask guests to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck. This pool and spa - heating available for an additional fee, swim at your own risk.

Our home boasts a complimentary propane BBQ grill, allowing you to enjoy grilling at its finest. Gas up your appetite, let the good times sizzle, and embark on your culinary adventures. Please note that while the propane tanks may not be full, they can be easily refilled by guests. So don't worry, we've got you covered - simply send us the receipt from the propane exchange, and we'll happily reimburse you for the cost, ensuring your grilling experience is always top-notch!

Please note that this is a townhome, so while we expect your privacy to be maintained throughout your stay, there is one shared-wall with the neighbors.
As guest's arrive the exclusive gated community entrance, please note that all guests must be registered with the HOA prior to arrival at the gate. Host will require you provide the first and last names of all guests in your party in order to register for you ahead of time. If you arrive to the gate without completing registration, the gate attendant will turn you away and you will not be granted access. Once you're registered, check-in is simple! Pull up to the gate, give your name and address, and they'll point you on your way!
Parking must be in the driveway or garage, and is not permitted on the street. The HOA has been known to fine for parking violations, which will incur at the cost of the guest. There are two spots available in the garage and two on the driveway.
Once parked, the guest will enter the home through a 24/7 electronic smart lock to come and go as they please!
As we are in a gated community, we do have to comply with HOA regulations. This is a no-touch lake, meaning there is no swimming, boating, fishing, or lake access. Also, all guests must be registered, and excessive occupancy will be reported. Any fines incurred are the responsibility of the guest.
The host can be reached through phone, text, or messaging on the booking platform. Communication with guests is consistently accessible from 8 am to 9 pm PST; however, responses may not be immediate during overnight hours. For swifter replies, text or messaging via the booking platform is encouraged and tends to yield quicker responses.

👀 The HOA requires we collect the First & Last Name of all adults in the booking party. We must provide this information to the gate prior to check-in. Guests won't be granted access to the community without us adding them to the gate. Unauthorized visitors aren't permitted.
🅿️ No street parking allowed - HOA rules! HOA citations of $750+, will be charged to guests if violated.
🚫 Lake access restricted by HOA - sorry, no fishing or swimming. No bodily contact with the lake whatsoever. HOA fines of $750+, will be charged to guests if violated.
💸 $750 fine for any HOA violations charged back to the guest!
🌿 It's important to note that during the hotter months, natural algae buildup may be present along the water line. As well as landscaping debris and occasional trash due to the occasional high winds in that area. The community's HOA maintains the lake twice a week, but the water’s appearance can vary between cleanings.
👥 Keep it exclusive - no unregistered guests allowed!
🚫 No commercial vehicles or signage allowed after 6 pm.
🔇 Respect our quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Bring your furry friends along for the stay of a lifetime! Just give us a heads-up before you arrive. There's a small fee of $100 per stay to make sure they're comfy and cozy, and we keep the home in tip-top shape. We know you'll keep things clean and tidy, but please don't leave your pets alone in the home. If stray hair or waste is found after your stay, without paying the pet fee, additional $150 fee may apply for additional cleaning needed. Let's make this a paws-itively perfect stay for everyone!
☆☆☆ POOL & SPA☆☆☆
Elevate your stay with the option to heat our sparkling Spool, functioning as both a heated pool and spa, available for an additional fee. The Spool may be heated in Pool Mode to 85 degrees, or in Spa-Mode to 104. Guests may choose to heat the Spool as Pool-Mode only, or with Pool & Spa Mode, but there is no option to opt for only Spa-Mode heating due to the energy required to maintain such high temperatures.
In the event Pool & Spa heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to 85 degrees throughout the desired dates, and the temperature may be increased to the Spa temp of 104 by request of the guest in 4-hour blocks.
To ensure your comfort, please let us know in advance if you'd like the spool heater turned on, as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Spool heating fees must be paid in advance and cover a minimum of two consecutive nights of your reservation to account for the time and energy required.
