Please note that landscapers come on Monday to service the home and the pool vendor comes on Tuesday and Friday to make sure the home is up to standards for our guests. The time can vary and they will get into the backyard via access to the side yard. Trash day for this home is Mondays as well.

You will have a sweet vacation in this backyard. Start with a refreshing dip in the pool, complete with a warm spillover spa for relaxation. Three poolside loungers and three umbrellas offer comfortable spots to bask in the sun or find some shade. Your furry friends will appreciate the convenient pet door! Challenge your loved ones to fun games with the foosball table, ping pong table, and cornhole set. When it`s time to unwind, gather around the impressive 75-inch Samsung TV. Embrace your inner chef with the natural gas grill, countertop space, built-in mini fridge, and bar-height seating. Savor meals cooked over the barbecue pit with a steel grill grate. Dine alfresco at the outdoor table for six, or enjoy additional seating at the second small table for three. The covered patio, complete with double fans and lights, offers a cozy lounge couch for five. When shade is a must, our pull chain window screen blocks out the harsh sun, keeping the covered patio area cooler and ensuring a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy. As night falls, gather around the natural gas fire pit with seating for four. Illuminated by two post-lantern lights, this backyard awaits to create unforgettable memories.


Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stunning stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. Granite countertops make for easy clean up, while bar-height seating for two adds to the convenience of savoring a fresh meal. Please note that spices, condiments, and oils are not provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located at the end of the hallway next to bedroom two and features a King-sized Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 43-inch Insignia Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located next to Master Suite 1 and features a Full Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed, 43-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. In this bedroom, you`ll find a PS4 game console with two controllers, providing great entertainment options for younger guests. Bedroom 3 is located next to the laundry room and features a Queen-sized Bed, 40-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located across the hallway bathroom and features a Queen-sized Bed, 32-inch Insignia Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.

The hallway bathroom is located across bedroom four and features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry pods. This property also features parking for four 2 in the driveway, and 2 on the street.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. This Property has security cameras located above the driveway, the front doorbell, and both sides of the home facing the street. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any returned money.

Check-In Instructions are emailed once the House Rules Agreement is signed, the Guest List Form is submitted, a picture of a Government-Issues Photo Identification (if required by the city or county) is provided and any additional documentation that the City or County may require to rent.

1. Noise Level: `Quiet Time` in this city is from 10 PM to 8 AM. Loud parties in the home or on the premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience to the neighbors. Due to the properties` proximity, using vile or obscene language outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. Parking: Parking is limited to the garage, driveway, and street. Parking at this house is available for This property also features parking for 4, which includes 2 in the driveway, and 2 on the street. All vehicles must be parked parallel, not horizontally, or you will be fined. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden, and you will be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. There is not garage parking at this location.

3. Neighbor Complaints: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $500 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.

4. Reporting Damage To Agent: The licensee agrees to keep the Property in good condition, and upon Licensee`s check-out, the Property will be left in a good and habitable condition. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, furniture or other notable condition found upon check-in will be reported to the Agent within two (2) hours of Occupancy.

5. Damage Policy: Licensee shall be responsible for all damage, breakage, and/or loss to the Property, except for normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (as deemed by the Agent in its sole discretion) which may result from Licensee`s occupancy. Licensee agrees that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, and other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition upon check-out as it was at the time of check-in, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty of the only exceptions. The licensee understands that the Property will be inspected before to Licensee`s check-in and upon Licensee`s check-out.
