A private auto or Uber/Lyft is the best way to get around. The home offers 2 covered garage parking spaces and 3 driveway parking spaces. No overnight street parking is permitted per community guidelines.
MY ACCOMMODATIONS / INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
Casa Noor has a gourmet, commercial-style kitchen with double dishwashers, commercial quality range, and amenities including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas range, water filtration system, coffee machine with Keurig capability, French press, toaster, toaster-oven, wine-chiller, waffle-maker, air-fryer, toaster oven, and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including beautiful stoneware plates and bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons, wine glasses, and more. Basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine/brandy and drinking glasses, non-breakable outdoor cookware, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more.
We provide bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided for use. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry detergent.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Check in is 3 pm and Check Out is 11 am. Please contact the host for any requests for late or early check in/out. Requests may be granted for an additional charge depending on availability.
POOL / SPA HEATING:
We have a private saltwater pool with tanning shelf and spa! If you would like the pool to be heated, please let the host know 48 hours in advance. Pool heating entails an additional charge of $100 per day (summer)/$150 per day (winter) excluding check-out day (max temp 88 degrees). Spa heating is complimentary and guest-enabled via a remote.

= No pets. If pets have been brought, the guest will forfeit their reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning fee may be assessed.
= No smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in odor-removal and furniture cleaning fees.
= Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. City fines for noise after 10 pm start at $1000.
Guests are responsible for any citations assessed by the city during their stay and will be asked to vacate without a refund.
= No overnight street parking is allowed per community guidelines. There are a total of 5 spaces available for parking (2 in the covered garage and 3 in the driveway). Please note single-car garage is not accessible to guests. Community fines start at $750 per vehicle per day.
= No lifeguard is on duty - swim at your own risk.
= Please do not tamper with security cameras. There is a security camera in the front of the home facing the driveway and rear of the home overlooking the rear property line.
= No glassware / stoneware near the pool. Non-breakable dishware is provided.
TRASH
Please bag all trash and place it in the trash bins located on the side of the house. For your convenience, plastic trash bag liners are located under the sink. Trash pickup day is every Tuesday morning at 7 AM. We have a rollout service please leave trash cans in place at all times.
Pool Maintenance comes on Tuesdays and Fridays. Gardening service is Tuesdays.

This vacation home has a keyless lock which allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a customized code specific to your reservation rather than a physical key.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or being on the property. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understood this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
IMPORTANT:
The City of Indio requires the primary overnight and daytime occupant of the short -term vacation rental to be an adult 21 years of age or older.
Please note that you must book the correct amount of people coming to the house. Please always be transparent with the entire total of guests including children and infants. Inquire with the host if you have any questions.
Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowable to stay overnight is limited to 10.
If you are found having extra guests or found that you had an extra guest(s) who are not included in your original booking, your stay will be terminated with no refunds.
EARLY DEPARTURE/EVICTION POLICY: No refunds for early departure and/or eviction in any circumstance.
LATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have not vacated the premises by 11:00 am without prior approval for a later check-out time, you will be charged $100 per hour.
NO SMOKING POLICY: Our property is non-smoking indoors. There will be an extra cleaning fee added if this rule is broken up to $2500. Smoking is permitted outside only with all doors and windows closed.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $2100- The guest doesn't pay the deposit when they make the reservation. Instead, the guest will be charged if a host makes a claim on their security deposit.

BEDS: Do not make the beds, leave all beds as-is. KITCHEN: Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter. Please ensure dishes are placed in dishwasher.
