„⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay! The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish and made everything very easy. The location was perfect—very convenient to the Expo Center, where our event was located - and the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. „The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help ...

„Is as advertised. A good and convenient spot to escape to. Beds were comfortable and room amenities were nice. Beats a regular hotel any day of the week. Good neighborhood. Somewhat noisy at night and early morning. It’s surrounded on all sides by the city life and businesses next to you are opening up while you’re sleeping at 7am. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. „Comes with 4 BR each with a Queen bed or bigger. Plus a pull out couch in the basement and a twin in one of the rooms. So it was a little cozy. The weird thing was having to walk through a bathroom to get to basement. But thats a design thing from a hundred years ago. The hot tub was amazing. It was 5 min drive to Over-The-Rhine district in Cincinnati. Would rent again“
