„We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The modern decor with cottage feel was very welcoming. It looked like a Model home but felt so comfortable, you could kick back and relax. 2 bathrooms was a major plus. Garage was a bonus. I'd stay there again for sure. Very Spacious and convenient to downtown. Less than 5 minutes drive.“

„My husband and I came to Indy for the weekend for supercross. We wouldn’t be able to check in until after midnight, which I let Kevin know. He assured me it would be no problem and if I did encounter issues he would be available. „I never had any response from the property manager before the reservation, though I r ached out multiple times. Final he answered the phone over an hour after our check in time, and told me they just got it ready. The space inside was nice and big. However, there were no amenities like hand soap, extra blankets or the like. There wasn't even a top sheet on the bed and the only sheet on there had a cigarette burn in it. I had to text the property manager to get the WiFi password which was stated ...

„This stay exceeded our expectations. So much room to spread out and relax. The private balcony with comfy patio furniture was absolutely perfect for a day outside watching for the solar eclipse. Clean, cozy furniture made for a great time indoors as well. The added garage to use with bikes inside for the nearby bike trail was the cherry on top. Outstanding hosts….will be returning if ever in the area again. The Spark next door has excellent coffee as well. Thank you!“

„We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again.“

Restaurant food was great and so was service. Smart water in room is foolish. Need water for coffee. Safe was helpful. “

No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. “
