Close to I69 and 465 to travel for sports at Grand Park or to see a concert at Ruoff. With a spacious layout and convenient location,our home is ideal for families, groups, extended stays, and business travelers.

Girl's Weekend and Celebrating Cousin's Wedding

It was perfect for my nieces! They enjoyed so long overdue time together while in town for their cousin's wedding.They had fun curling up on the couch and watching a movie one night which they had not done in many years!They enjoyed some local activities and restaurants too! Perfect place to be able to hang out together while enjoying the Fishers/Carmel area.

Beautiful Home with Great Owners

We booked this house last minute for the National indoor track championships in Indianapolis. This was about a 25 minute drive to the venue. The house was perfect. It is located in a community friendly neighbors, and lots of people out walking. The house is updated and very clean. The owner contacted us within 30 minutes of arriving to ensure we got in safely and that everything was OK. He asked us to reach out if there were any concerns or if we needed anything. I would definitely book this house again if we were in the Indianapolis area.

This property was immaculate and access was easy. The house is located in a very nice and quiet subdivision just a minute or two ride away from a number or restaurants and Top Golf. If you are looking for a quiet location, this is the spot.

Perfect in every way!

My friend and I visited while attending a concert at Ruoff Music Center. The location of the house is perfect, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is beautiful, and it was nice to have a deck to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather we had. Communication was quick and easy. I will definitely book again when visiting the Indy area.

Location was fantastic. We need a place to stay that was close to Ruoff Music center and this property was perfect! Besides being close to the venue, there are lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment within minutes of the house. Very clean, roomy, and accommodating!

Impeccable home

My friends and I came in for a small intimate show at the Hotel Carmichael just up the road. We all wanted our own beds and decided to check out Vrbo for the 1 night. We came across this property and it was perfect! I would absolutely stay here again. The house had everything we needed. I was actually surprised to see shampoo and conditioner in the shower. 😊 Full laundry, nice sized pantry, and tons of cabinet/storage space. When I come back to Indy again, I will definitely check out this vrbo again. Thank you for making our stay seemless!!

Clean and Comfortable!

This was a really nice place. The decor was so modern and fresh and cozy at the same time. Very clean and a convenient quiet location for us. Our kids enjoyed playing games and the open kitchen/living room layout was perfect for our family time, while the private bath was perfect for my husband and I. Bonus for our dog-allergic kid was that it was pet-free, so no dog hair, bad smells, or allergic responses! Beds were comfy too! Would recommend and would stay again!
