The open-concept home features high ceilings and tile floors throughout the common areas. Ample natural light makes the whole space bright and inviting.

Stretch out on a sectional and recliners in the living room and watch a movie on the 55in TV. The second living area has a sleeper sofa, window seats, desk, and a gas fireplace.

Prepare meals in the fully-loaded kitchen with granite countertops and sleek cabinets. Modern appliances include a French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range.

Gather around the six-person dining table for meals, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar.

The extraordinary outdoor space features mountain views and a patio with sitting area, 40in TV, gas fireplace, full-size pool table, and outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Take a dip in the resort-like pool complete with waterfall, or unwind in the hot tub or beside the firepit.

The master bedroom has a king bed facing a gas fireplace and 50in TV. The en-suite has a double vanity, a walk-in shower with three showerheads, and a large soaking tub. The back patio can be accessed via the master bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 40in TV. The third has a king bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
