„Perfect little house! There are 30 steps that lead up from the parking area. Well worth the climb for the view! Inside is small yet well furnished. The only negative I would have is the mattress. The middle is sunken in badly. To get to the beach is the same amount of stairs as the front. Again, well worth it! Very easy access to the beach. My wife and I will be booking another stay. We highly recommend for a couples retreat!“

„This is an old beach house. The floors did not bother me but I could see that around the baseboards could be cleaned up a little, and the stairs carpet could be cleaned, but aside from that, this place was VERY CLEAN.This kitchen is not made for more than one person, but I expected that. „We had a wonderful week . The view are breathtaking. Beautiful area to explore. There alot of stairs and at times it was challenging. The furniture and carpet need some TCL. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just fine. The shuffleboard table bought a lot of good laughs and fun.. The kitchen area and dishes need to be cleaned before using. We shelled and walked and had a relaxing vacation.When ever I had a question, they were great getting back to me . Overall a great place .“

„Awesome trip with my daughter and granddaughter and her other grandmother. We only had one day of sun on the beach but we filled the rest of the trip with trips to nearby cities and lots of movies and games. „We have stayed in port st Joe before and were looking for somewhere new to stay. The view from this house and the fact that it is right on the beach is hard to beat. We had 2 kids and 7 adults (plus 3 dogs) in the house and there was more than enough space! We had a couple issues with hot water and it does tend to go cold upstairs at times.
