Beach Club Condominium community is an exceptional community that is landscaped as if you pulled into a resort style living! The pool, gym, clubhouse, hot tub , shaded and sunny lounging areas adds to the upscale feeling of luxury living! You will love the community and what it has to offer, walk to dining, shopping is close by for all your needs and only 3 blocks to the beach! Florida has a wonderful rule.. no tourist tax charged on bookings over 6 month/1 day! Taxes apply otherwise.
The space
Bedrooms both have ensuite accommodations for your privacy! Condo is directly across from the clubhouse and pool. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo for added convenience!
Entire condo is for you to enjoy! You will enjoy the balcony, that overlooks the pond and very close to the clubhouse, pool, gym and hot tub. There is a bike rack, if you choose to bring your bike. Great community area to take a bike ride, you can take a ride, or stroll.. to several restaurants, many within walking distance!
Other things to note

Snowbird Season (January-March)... booking accepted only in full month increments. Not accepted: January 15 to February 15. Must be full month booking, by the entire month. Accepted bookings .. Example January 1-31. February 1-28, March 1-31... minimum of full month, welcome to book all three Snowbird Season months, plus! Private message with any questions/ special requests.
