„The room was nicely updated, and the shower was fantastic. The location of the property is by a major road, so it was noisy, but I slept fine as it served a sort of white noise for me personally. If you’re sensitive to absolute silence this would not be the place for you. My main complaint was with cleanliness. I stayed for two nights and there was no cleaning service during my stay. „I had such a bad experience with this place. It was absolutely filthy. Right when we arrived we had to go purchase cleaning supplies just to clean the bathroom and floors. There were so many cockroaches that we had to leave and book a new hotel for the last night. The woman on the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, and refused to refund our money for the last night even though it was their fault the the room was filled with cockroaches. We will be returning to Texas next march ...

„We stayed in one of the bungalows. It was quiet and relaxing, and the kitchenette and living space were lovely extras that made it feel like home. The location is walkable to several Montrose shops and restaurants, but it feels tucked away in the neighborhood enough that you’d forget you’re in a large city near downtown. I would definitely stay here again. “

„The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is very good, parking is gated and guarded by a security robot. Free breakfast, dinner, and three drinks per day are included. Rooms could be better. The hotel is located next to a busy freeway, so there is some background noise, and getting to the hotel during rush hours takes a lot of time.“

"The ladies at the desk were always patient and helpful, my room fits all my needs perfectly, I slept well even in this unknown bed. Although the hotel is situated at a busy crossroad, the traffic didn't bother too much thanks to extra windows. The tram right across the street took me to Concention Center in minutes, very comfortable ! The bus stop to the airport is just around the corner, another reason to chose this accommodation, for my next stay again. See you then ! "
