THE SPACE:

BEDROOMS: King memory foam mattress in master bedroom (with private bath/shower), Queen in second bedroom, and a single bed in third bedroom with single trundle pull-out. (2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with a deep soaking tub.)

LOFT: flat screen tv, a furry bean bag chair, and a futon that folds down into a single bed. Bring the Playstation or XBox!

KITCHEN: brand new stainless appliances, fully inventoried with all your cooking needs. Breakfast bar with 4 stools, open concept to dining and living room. Copper pots & pans, Wusthof knives and lots of spices are available for your cooking extravaganzas!

DINING: Dining area with table, benches and chairs (seats 6-8 people), plus a wet bar with wine fridge!

LIVING SPACE: Vaulted ceilings, Gas burning fireplace, Large streaming tv and comfy L-shaped sectional, makes this a comfortable place for your family to hang out, connect and enjoy games!

OUTDOOR LIVING: One of the largest decks in the complex, extra wide and wrapping around the corner, with stairs down to make accessing the pool or wooded area easy. Gate at the top of stairs. Outdoor sofas/chairs and fire pit is all set up for you to enjoy a cocktail or your morning coffee with mountain views. Weber Grill included for those summer BBQ's!

GUEST ACCESS
Two parking spaces are available. Parking is first come first serve for complex (but there is plenty). Walking distance to complimentary shuttle to Diamond Peak in the winter. IVGID passes may be available for longer stays, depending on availability (please inquire in advance).

PETS
Dogs considered on request. Please message before booking with breed, age, and size.

NO SMOKING
No smoking in the condo or on the deck (due to complex rules).
