Really great facility and location if you have business around songdo and incheon.
Everything about the hotel was excellent except for the fact that the hotel did NOT provide the check in code for the automatic kiosk (which is the only way to check in and get the key cards).
When I arrived and tried to check in, I realized this, and tried to reach out through expedia, the hotel's kakaotalk channel, for the code and got completely ghosted and they never responded for hours, locking me out.
I had to borrow a friend's phone to call their Korean customer service number, and was finally able to get the check in code. Very annoying.
The bidet was also broken, but that was the only other issue.
