It is a basement unit and the last night the people above us made a lot noise but that’s not anything the owner can control. Nice size using and close to dining and shopping. It does not have AC - not a complaint but just for information. It would have been nice to have had a fan.“

Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Hauptbahnhof, Flughafenbus sind alle nur ein paar 100m weg. Vorne hat man den direkten Blick auf die Fußgängerzone mit allem, was dort passiert. On entering apartment there were a few disappointments namely: soiled and torn carpet, damaged patch on living room wall, broken floor tile in bathroom, kitchen blind broken, short of crockery, only one wine glass, spare duvet soiled and no cover on it. "The Hotel is perfect situated in the middle of Edinburgh Center. Direct Tram or Bus from the Airport to Basicly in front of the Hotel. Close by to the Old Town, Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Botanical garden, really really good Restaurants and lots more to reach by foot. The Hotel was partly new renovated and was very Stylish and clean with really good Breakfast. If I go back to Edinburgh I would choose this Hotel again."
