The complex has plenty to enjoy beyond the apartment, including a large swimming pool and a shared BBQ and gazebo area. Three designated undercover parking spaces provide extra convenience, particularly for guests travelling with a boat and trailer.

The location is especially well suited to boating and fishing holidays, with the boat ramp and car park right beside the complex. For a change of pace, take a short stroll to the Boatshed to catch the ferry across to Yamba or enjoy a cocktail at the Sunset Bar while watching the river.
