This is one of the eight Executive Units of Saint Honore Condominium Building. The master’s bedroom has full size bed with its own full bathroom, stand up shower, heated water, mirror, glass cabinet for personal necessities storage, toilet and bidet. It has its own balcony overlooking the main business district, Iloilo Convention Center and to enjoy the silhouette of the distant mountains of the nearby provinces. It has plenty of space to hang and store clothes with modular cabinets and drawers.

The second bedroom has one bunk bed with twin-over-twin beds. It has plenty of space to hang and store clothes with modular cabinets and drawers.

The living room has a twin size daybed sofa with a twin size pull out bed. It has its own balcony overlooking the Festive Walk and other high rise condominiums with full view of the business district. A glass rack for shoes and slippers is available at left side of door entrance for health and cleanliness.

There is a wide screen TV for entertainment in the living room. Free WiFi all throughout the unit.

The dining room seats 8 and decorated with modern canvas reproduction of the Last Supper. The spotlights are battery soft touch turn on operation and by remote control. Very helpful during emergency as rescue lights.

The kitchen is furnished with 4 electric plates stove, oven and microwave. Coffee Bean Grinder, Espresso Coffee Machine, pressure/rice cooker, toaster, blender and juicer are available upon requests. Splash guards provided to both the sink and the stove for easy cleaning. There are plenty of cabinets. With 3 chopping boards for easy food preparation. The refrigerator has plenty of space to keep food, fruits, vegetables and beverages cool and fresh, there are two compartments of freezers. Complete cooking utensils, dining ware sets, silverware sets, coffee and tea cups and saucers, drinking glasses and wine glasses are available upon requests.

An additional full bathroom is available for common use. It is equipped with stand up shower, heated water, mirror, toilet, bidet and glass cabinet for personal necessities storage.

There are three air conditioners, one in the master’s bedroom, one in the second bedroom and one in the living room with easy remote control.

Wall size mirrors are provided in the master’s bedroom, second bedroom , hallway to the master’s bedroom and common bathroom and the dining room.

Dining is readily available, be in home or restaurant, casual or elegant. Our home is walking distance to famous restaurants, fast food and street food restaurants plus bakeries for fresh breads and other baked goods. If you do not feel going out to eat, food delivery is readily available.

Chef Ed available to prepare, cook and serve meal or meals in the home for an additional charge upon request. Please indicate if interested.

Recreation and shopping is walking distance from our home. 3D cinema is close by plus household and signature brand clothing and necessary and/or luxury items in shopping malls and centers are walking and minutes away with taxi or public transportation.
