Welcome to Mas Bastit — a spacious Catalan farmhouse set in the countryside near Ille-sur-Têt, surrounded by orchards and cypress trees. A pool and leafy garden make this an ideal base for group getaways or family holidays, just minutes from the village and the famous Orgues d'Ille-sur-Têt, and 20 minutes from Perpignan. Six bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen sleep up to 12 guests. Mas Bastit is built for long tables and lazy days by the water.



The Space:

Mas Bastit is a 327 m² stone farmhouse under a terracotta-tiled roof, surrounded by orchards and cypress trees. Step inside and the vaulted, wood-beamed ceilings of the main living room set the tone — a generous space built for big gatherings.



The living room centres on an indoor fireplace and a mezzanine overlooking the lounge, opening onto a dining area with wifi throughout. A separate games room with a foosball table and table tennis rounds out the space, well suited to holidays with friends or family.



Six bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests: four with a queen-size bed and two with twin beds. Three bedrooms have a private shower, while the others share a family bathroom with a bathtub. A travel cot is available on request.



The self-contained kitchen — with hob, oven, dishwasher, freezer and coffee machine — works just as well for everyday meals as for a full house. Four bathrooms and five toilets (one outdoors) keep things running smoothly even at full capacity.



Outside, the pool within a leafy garden, extended by a covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue area. Private parking for 6 cars is available on site, a real plus for larger groups.



Guest Access:

Self check-in is available via a key box.

The property is available from May 1st to October 31st.

The unheated swimming pool is accessible and maintained throughout this period.

The private parking area accommodates 6 cars.



The Neighborhood:

Mas Bastit sits in the heart of the Catalan countryside, between orchards and hills, with views over the garden and the surrounding mountains — a genuinely rural setting, perfect for lazy afternoons by the pool and evenings around the foosball table.



The village of Ille-sur-Têt, with its pre-Romanesque bell tower, medieval hospital and old ramparts, is a few minutes away by car, as are the famous Orgues d'Ille-sur-Têt, striking rock formations shaped by erosion. The village has its own train station on the Perpignan–Villefranche-de-Conflent line. Perpignan, with its historic centre and airport, is about 20 minutes by car, opening up easy access to the beaches of Roussillon, the foothills of the Pyrenees and the Catalan border.

To finalise your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form — a standard step required under French regulations for short-term rentals. You'll be asked for a form of ID at this stage, in line with current legal requirements.



The property is prepared and maintained by our professional team: a full clean and house linen are provided for every stay. Paid extra services are available on request after booking confirmation.



Mas Bastit is a non-smoking property with no parties. One pet is welcome by prior arrangement. Please take good care of the property — charges may apply in case of damage.
