"Schönes Hotel"

"Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht dem Standard, den man in dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr unfreundlich – eine Ausnahme bildeten lediglich die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption und die sehr freundliche junge Dame im Kids-Club, die sich wirklich bemüht hat. Unser Zimmer roch unangenehm streng, und das Badezimmer der Suite war deutlich verschmutzt: Die Badewanne hatte gelbe Flecken, und es lagen Haare herum, die offensichtlich nicht von uns stammten. Diese Mängel waren bereits bei der Ankunft sichtbar und wurden auch nach dem Reinigen nicht wirklich behoben. Schade, dass hier offenbar wenig Wert auf Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung gelegt wird – das trübt den Gesamteindruck erheblich."

"Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Der Strand wie auch der Pool ist auf hohem Niveau mit live DJ‘s. Gym ist mlt neusten Geräten ausgestattet. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff. Usually, I always stayed at Ushuaïa, but this time I chose the Palladium Select. As I said, everything was perfectly fine. However, on the day of my departure, most of Ibiza was flooded. Many roads were closed — but not all. Friends of mine were staying in a rather inexpensive hotel in Ibiza Town, and that hotel faced the same problems. Still, their guests were taken to the airport. Especially in a 5-star resort, I expect solutions even in difficult situations — not a simple “it’s not possible.” “We can’t do that,” “we don’t have that,” “it’s not possible,” etc., are things I don’t expect to hear in any 5-star resort, no matter where I am in the world. The fact that it was possible is proven by the fact that I eventually walked myself along a small road leading to DC10 and continued from there to the airport. On the main road to the airport, traffic was chaotic, yes, but the road wasn’t closed — just like many others weren’t either. In this situation, the hotel should have come up with solutions instead of refusals."

"Stylische, saubere Zimmer in direkter Meerlage, genug Liegen am Pool vorhanden, auf Zimmerwechselwunsch wurde schnell reagiert, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, einziger Makel: die Restaurants im Innenbereich hatten Kantinencharakter (laut) wäre durch bepflanzte Raumteiler zu lösen und im Zimmer wäre ein Wasserkocher wünschenswert gewesen...ansonsten Top"
