"Hotel bien situé sur la plage"

"Our stay at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa was truly fabulous. The resort is a beautiful oasis, perfectly located right on the beach. The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, and dining at the à la carte restaurant, Mystique, was an absolute highlight — simply outstanding. We loved everything: the location, the food, the overall atmosphere, the peacefulness, but also the evenings with live music. The room was comfortable, and the attention to guests’ needs was remarkable. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Soonita, who made every breakfast a real pleasure — she is incredibly kind, hardworking, and always smiling. I sincerely hope the management recognizes and rewards employees who go the extra mile, as she truly does. For snorkeling lovers, this place is a dream. Although the beach is quite rocky, with proper water shoes swimming becomes a real joy. We saw an incredible variety of fish, a harlequin sea snake, and even a sea turtle! Considering how close to the shore we were ( I’m not a strong swimmer) and how rare such sightings are, we felt extremely lucky. There was a small issue with the first room we were given, where we didn’t feel very comfortable. However, once we mentioned it at reception, they immediately offered us another room. Their quick response and genuine care for our well-being truly made a difference. Nothing is ever absolutely perfect, but this experience was definitely amazing. 10/10"
