We had challenges with the water heaters on day one, however, when we reported to the staff, they rectified the issue. They have "Katogo" and "Chapati" as options for breakfast. It's very quiet, very well-designed and my wife says it is of European quality - which is a compliment! We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was very spacious. The facilities including gym are way better than in most Ugandan properties. It is a little overpriced and the food is unremarkable BUT if I had to stay near Mbarara and I could get the rate down by 30% this would definitely be my preferred ...
