"room and breakfast was basic. Location on a major arterial road. But I could sleep well in room looking to the road. You can easily and anytime get to the city Center by Dolmus. Initial base for many hiking groups to mount Ararat. The hotel owner was familiar with the guides. Staff was very supportive. Location saves you from some scam in the city Center."
